Chicken Tandoori

Chicken Tandoori is one of the main dishes of Indian cuisine made with chicken, yoghurt and spices.
A dish was born by accident in the town of Peshawar, located at the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan, following an Indian experiment that had opened a restaurant and was looking for new recipes.

The peculiarity of this dish is its cooking, in fact its name Tandoori is to indicate a special oven made of clay and cylindrical shape that can reach a temperature of about 480 °.

The Tandoor oven is used in India and also in much of Asia. The chicken, which is wings or thighs, before being cooked, is marinated for a long time in a yogurt-based sauce and a mixture of spices that contains most red pounds, in addition to Cayenna peppers, and turmeric that produces staining Orange.
